Jede Bestellung bei Shop Elio wird kostenlos per Standardversand innerhalb Deutschlands verschickt – mit Sendungsverfolgung bis zu deiner Haustür.

- Du hast ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen und kannst Artikel zusätzlich über unsere freiwillige Rückgabegarantie bis zu 30 Tage nach Erhalt zurückgeben
- Für die Rückgabegarantie sollten Artikel unbenutzt, vollständig und originalverpackt sein
- Für mangelhafte, beschädigte oder falsch gelieferte Artikel gilt immer die gesetzliche Gewährleistung von zwei Jahren
- Schreib uns kurz – wir senden dir die Rücksendeadresse und alle Hinweise
- Bei mangelhaften oder falsch gelieferten Artikeln übernehmen wir die Rücksendekosten, bei Widerruf oder Rückgabe ohne Mangel trägst du sie
